QUETTA: Aslam Bhotani has challenged the procedure adopted in no-confidence move against him in the assembly.
The court has issued notices to the secretary assembly and deputy speaker directing them to appear before it on December, 31.
Former BA speaker took plea in his petition that the members of assembly committed flagrant breach of the law and constitution in connection with the resolution tabled in the assembly. They cast their ballots by showing them to other members of assembly, therefore, the court should take action on this count, he prayed.
The court while admitting the petition for preliminary hearing has issued notices to deputy speaker BA Mati Ullah Jan and secretary assembly and summoned them on December, 31.
