ISLAMABAD:-Chairman NAB taking notice of Baloch MPAs showing their votes to government officials during a secret balloting in Balochistan Assembly has instructed the DG NAB Balochistan to submit a report within 7 days on the entire episode.
According to NAB spokesperson, Chairman NAB has taken notice of the fact that during a secret balloting in Balochistan Assembly for adopting a no confidence motion against the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly, Aslam Bhootani, several MPAs could be seen on camera showing their votes to government officials.
This indicates misuse of authority and makes a farce of the process of secret ballot. Chairman NAB has therefore, instructed the DG NAB Balochistan to submit a report within 7 days on the entire episode, the spokesperson said.
