Summary Organisers of imambargahs seek ban on using mobile phones by police personnel during Muharram duty.

 

Organizers of Alamdar Islami Trust, Panj Sarki, and imambargah, Haidri Chowk demanded this during their meeting with Chief Minister Punjab Raja Ashfaq Sarwar.


Raja Ashfaq Sarwar visited shrines of Jaffaria sect on Monday to review the security arrangements by the police department for the majalis.


Commissioner Rawalpindi Imdad Ullah Bosal, RPO and CPO Rawalpindi accompanied him.


Raja Ashfaq Sarwar asked the organizers of the Majalis about security arrangements and they expressed gratitude over the arrangements.
