Summary At least two persons were shot dead while two sustained injuries in separate incidents on Thursday.

 

In first incident, unknown armed motorcyclist opened indiscriminate firing on Abdul Ahad in the area of Panjgoor at Darmakan, killing him on the spot while miscreants fled away from the scene.


Having information, police reached the spot and took the dead body into custody and shifted him to hospital for autopsy.


After completing legal formalities the body was handed over to his heirs.

 

Police registered the case and further investigation is underway.


In another incident, some unknown armed persons opened indiscriminate firing from a mountain on Sabzi Mandi police squad vehicle as a result two person’s sustained severe injuries.

 

Police also retaliated but the attackers fled away from the scene successfully.
Meanwhile the driver rushed the injured to hospital for medical aid

 

According to police, the injured belonged to Hazara town and started thorough investigation.

 

In other incident, Athol police also recovered an unidentified body of a man from near Sakhidad Farm.

 

Police shifted the dead body to hospital after taking it in possession for autopsy.

 

According to police, the deceased was gunned down and his chest and head is manifested of bullet. Later, he was identified as Muhammad Akbar.

 

Police registered the case and started through investigation.
