The student Sabir Mir was tortured by his teacher Syed Qamar at a private school in suburbs of Siri Bahlwal.The school administration, without providing any medical facility to the student, handed him over to his parents.Sabir informed his family that teacher assaulted him without giving any reason.Parents of the victim urged concerned authorities to take action against the school administration.
