Summary Masood Kausar says the youth of Pakistan have always brought laurels to the nation.
He was addressing a gathering after administering oath to the select number of office bearers and members of the provincial chapter of the National Youth Assembly,’ at Governor’s House, on Thursday.“We have Malala Yousafzai, Ibrahim Shahid, Saeeda Mir, Sharam Changazi, and many others and we feel proud of them”.The governor said that the services of the National Youth Assembly in bringing talented youth of the country with multifaceted educational, social, religious and political backgrounds to a single platform.The Governor expressed the confidence that the National Youth Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter will practically involve the talented youth in decision making process; fostering their leadership qualities and make it a powerful forum.Moreover the Governor stated that while wiser nations were harnessing the creative abilities and innovative capabilities of their youth, adding that Pakistan was also working hard at keeping its young for the first time, a sitting Pakistani President has initiated a serious attempt to reach out to the youths of the country”, he said.He said that the government was taking all out steps to enable students of the province and FATA to keep pace with the modern world especially in wake of the transformation process of the education system, he added.
