Summary
Three dacoits were killed in a police encounter in Sialkot. According to police officials, Imtiaz, convicted of killing a citizen upon resisting during a robbery in Khadim Ali Road area, was being taken to the session court when the culprits compatriots attacked on the police vehicle and helped Imtiaz escape on two motor bikes near Dara Araeyan. The culprits fired at Police when it chased them near Umar town. The police, in reply, fired at them and killed two dacoits while injured one. The injured was taken to the hospital but was dead there.
