The containers to stop the protesters from entering the Red Zone in Islamabad have not been returned to their owners.According to the sources, the goods kept in these containers are perishing.Specifically, the containers that blocked the way to Presidency have not been given back to the owners even after a period of one week.This is affecting the business activity associated with the containers, owners of the containers noted.The owner of container number 0725, namely Malik Tariq has said his container is standing still since September 20. The bottles kept in the container are worth Rs 0.6 million, and these bottles are getting stale with time, also affecting his business.The owners of the containers are trying hard to get the containers back from the police but no avail.When contacted, SHO Secretariat, Sajjad Bukhari said the containers would be returned soon. The high-ups ordered the police not to give the containers back till the law and order situation reaches to normal, he observed.
