Talking to media men outside parliament house on Thursday, Rehman Malik said provincial governments were investigating these incidents as the federal government could not interfere in provincial matters following the passage of 18th amendment.“We have to see how the door of second floor of the factory was closed”, he held. 264 casualties had occurred in this incident, he added.“We have to see this aspect too if factory owners had some personal enmity with anyone else, he remarked.Ministries of provincial industry are under the control of provincial governments and it should be asked from them why they had not taken safety measures, he underlined. Punjab government had conducted no investigation in Lahore fire incident, he added.To a question he said UN delegation was not a commission and it was a working group, therefore it should not be made issue. No country would be allowed to carry out any investigation, he added.To a question he said we denounce anti Islam film and no one will be allowed to commit blasphemy.To another question he said a judicial commission be formed on the issue of giving money to media to conduct audit of all the four provinces.
