Summary An absconder opened fire upon two brothers in Rawat Police Station vicinity.
According to the police, an absconder Gulfraz shot dead two brothers Hafiz Rashid and Ghulam Rabbani.in Rawat.Both the victims were living in a slum. Gulfraz killed them as he believed they informed the police about his relative who was killed in a police encounter.The dead bodies were handed over to the family after the autopsy.
