Summary Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) has sent water bills in advance for one year.
The consumers are taking it an agony that has suffered them from tremendous economic problem.The consumers have been directed to pay the bills on immediate basis.The traders and political circles have denounced charging of the bills and have asked RCB to cancel them failing which strong protest will be recorded.Moreover, Chohr, Tench Bhata, Dhok Syyaidan and Aadhran have been deprived of water supply for the last several months.In addition, sewerage water mixes with clean water and makes it useless for daily use.The citizens are left with no option other than buying water tanker worth Rs 1200, which most of the consumers of the affected areas cannot afford.
