Pashtunkhawa Mili Awami Party (PKMAP) and Traders are observing shutter down strike in Quetta against the abduction of a psychiatrist and senior doctor of Bolan Medical College Hospital Dr Ghulam Rasool Kakar.Dr Ghulam Rasool of BMC hospital was kidnapped from Brewery Road on August 1, 2012.Meanwhile, the doctors continue to protest against abduction of their colleague for the fifth consecutive day.The Outdoor Patient Departments (OPDs) remained shut of all private and public hospitals of Balochistan.
