Summary Citizens and police foiled an attempt of self immolation made by a Jail Warden in Lahore.
As per details, Jail Warden Muhammad Ramzan appointed at Kasur Jail tried to commit self immolation against his suspension from job in front of Lahore Press Club.He threw petrol over himself and tried to set him on fire but he citizens and police saved him from extreme action and ultimately handed him over to police.Ramzan is of the view that he had been suspended prior to judicial verdict.He also warned that if he was not restored, he would commit self immolation along with his offspring.
