Summary The grave of a woman stoned to death was exhumed and samples were taken from her body.
This action was taken on the direction of the Supreme Court which took notice of the incident.According to media reports, the woman a mother of five was killed when she was beaten by bricks. The Supreme Court directed IGP Punjab to launch an investigation, following which the body of the woman was exhumed and samples were taken.The investigation team returned to Lahore after collecting the samples.
