Summary Lahore High Court has rejected bail plea of the counsel who grabbed the house of a woman.
The friends of the accused lawyer tried their best to help escape the counsel but it was foiled by police.The counsel for the petitioner Rahila Bibi told justice Manzoor Malik said that Advocate Skinder Ahmad not only had grabbed his house but also kept her in habeas corpus for many days.On the other the counsel for the accused fully opposed the stance of the petitioner but the court while conceiving the statement of investigation officer cancelled the bail of accused lawyer.The friends of the accused lawyer tried to get him escaped from court but the court foiled their endeavours to do so.
