Summary Robbers on Thursday looted a private bank at Nishtar Colony situated at Ferozepur Road.
According to police, five armed men barged into a private bank in the area of Nishtar Colony at 2 pm, took the bank staff hostages and escaped after looting million of rupees out of bank.The security guard tired to resist robbers but they tortured him badly and escaped from the scene.It is very interesting to note that robbers turned the direction of CCTV cameras installed in bank in order to avoid to be traced out by footage.Police reached the site of occurrence and started to probe into the matter.
