Summary Firdous Ashiq Awan said the Parliament is supreme to remove all the flaws present in the law.
Talking to media on Tuesday outside the Parliament House, Federal Minister for Regulation and Services Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that if any officer stares at somebody in the Court then that person is being handcuffed.“If a person is found to be an accused, he/she must be punished according to the law”, she added.Commenting on the dual nationality and contempt of court bill, the minister said that the PPP-led coalition government did not do any unusual act, adding it is the need of an hour to amend the law.To a question on resuming of NATO supplies, she said that it was good decision by the government as, “we cannot disengage ourselves with the rest of the world, Pakistan wants very good and cordial relation with outer world”.
