Summary A group of police officials shaved prisoners hair and eyebrows after torturing him at Multan Jail.
According to details, accused Amir Shaha of Kabir Wala is in Multan Central Jail for last two years.He alleged that police officials shaved his hair and eyebrows when he requested for medical treatment to the jail authorities.Amir further alleged that the police officials also sewed his lips when he complained about their torture.Meanwhile, medical examination of the prisoner was conducted on court order that confirmed that he was tortured by the policemen.
