Summary Residents of Mazang are facing acute shortage of water for last two weeks.
There is an acute shortage of drinking water in Mazang Chungi and adjoining areas for the last two weeks. People of the area are forced to fetch water for drinking and other purposes from other areas.Water comes into pipes only for six hours and that too after long intervals.Residents have been reporting about this to the local WASA office regularly but nothing has been done in this connection.The in-charge local WASA office said that there was no generator at the tube-well that supplies water to the area, so it stops working during the loadshedding.
