Summary A man killed his wife during a proceeding of his wifes petition of separation.
According to details, the accused, Hazir Zaman was living with his wife before issues arose between them, owing to which his wife left home about two months ago. Later, she filed an application in Mardan Family Court asking for separation.While the court was hearing the case of separation, Hazir Zaman opened fire and killed his wife.Meanwhile, a bullet hit leg of one of the court personnel present there.People present in the court held the accused who was arrested with arms.
