Summary An alleged dacoit was killed in police encounter in Bahawalpur while another was arrested.
According to police, the accused were trying to flee after snatching jewellery from a woman when police followed them. The dacoits opened fire on police party. After an exchange of fire, a dacoit Aftab was killed while another Abbas was arrested.
