Summary Former PPPs MPA and main accused of teacher torture case Aslam Madhiana has filed bail plea.
The duty judge, Bushra Ejaz Sufi adjourned the case till June 20 and issued notices to the respondents in this regard.Aslam Madhiana along with co- accused were brought before the local court in tight security while the petitioner Nafees Khan was also present in the court.Earlier, the District and Session Judge accepted the peal of Nafees Kahn’s counsel and shifted the case to magistrate of section 30 in Sargodha in spite of shifting to Magistrate Bhalwal.
