Summary A drug addict cut hair of his wife as she refused to follow him against her will.
The victim Samina Bibi, resident of Kokianwali in the suburb of Razabad police station, said that her husband is addicted to drug and used to urge her on immoral activities as he has no amount for satisfaction of his lust.She said that he pressurized her time and again for this purpose and ultimately not only mercilessly tortured her but also cut her hair unscrupulously.Affected woman rushed to police station for legal action against the accused but in vain. Medical report has also proved that torture has been inflicted on woman.According to police, it is a domestic issue due to which no legal action may be taken as woman is igniting the issue for her vested interests.
