Summary A minor student was tortured by his teacher in district Upper Dir in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to details, a 5th Class student Naseeb Ullah was severely tortured by his teacher in Pitraq area of Upper Dir due to which his arm was broken while three of his fingers were also damaged.The boy was shifted to Peshawar for treatment where X-rays of his hand and arm were taken. Meanwhile, the maternal uncle of the boy has demanded action against the school teacher.
