Summary A dacoit has been killed in an alleged police encounter in Lahore.
According to police, Azam Urf Mudassar, an offender, was roaming in Mughalpura area of Lahore who was already wanted by police in several cases of dacoity.The police followed the suspect on a tip off.However, the dacoit opened fire on police as he saw them approaching him. After an exchange of fire, the dacoit was shot dead by police.The body has been sent for autopsy.
