Pakistan is willing to start Pak-India dialogue however it cannot be initiated at the cost of Pakistans sovereignty and self respect, Pakistans Ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani has said. Addressing a ceremony is Washington the ambassador said that US had started to look at Pakistans security issues in the regional context. He said that US had understood that solution to Kashmir Dispute was vital for establishing peace in South Asian. He said that the lives of the people in the region had been adversely affected due to delay in solving Kashmir Dispute in last four decades. He said that Indias obstinate attitude had been felt by many other South Asian countries. He said that Pakistan and US were allies in war on terror, adding that their alliance was for the development.
