KARACHI (Dunya News) - A Karachi court has acquitted alleged drug dealer Anmol, alias Pinky, in two more cases and ordered her release.
The Additional District and Sessions Court approved her acquittal pleas in cases involving drugs and alleged facilitation.
The prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence against Anmol in the two cases, prompting the court to acquit her on the grounds of lack of evidence.
In its order, the court directed that she be released immediately if she was not required in any other case.
With the latest decisions, Anmol has now been acquitted in five cases.
