The official usage of non-documented vehicles is a crime and all such vehicles being used by intelligence agencies and law enforcing institutions should be taken back within two weeks, Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan has said. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) directed the intelligence agencies, Punjab and Sindh Rangers DGs, NWFP and Balochistan FC IGs, FBR, Excise and Taxation Chairman, Coastal Guard DG and Antinarcotics DG to present complete details of confiscated vehicles. The court said that the vehicles without owners were the property of the state. Such vehicles should be sold out and the money be deposited in the government fund, the court said.
