LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Punjab government has decided to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a compulsory subject in public schools across the province, aiming to prepare students for the demands of a rapidly evolving technological world.
The initiative is intended to give students an understanding of the basic concepts of AI as well as its practical applications in different fields.
According to the provincial government, AI education will help students develop essential technological skills while also improving their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

As part of the digital education reforms, authorities are also working to upgrade computer laboratories in public schools and provide the facilities required for teaching modern technologies.
