LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Punjab government has decided to resume recruitment in the province’s educational boards after a gap of 15 years, with hiring for various vacant positions now under way.
According to officials, recruitment will be carried out in several educational boards, including those in Lahore and Faisalabad, to fill a range of vacant posts.
The positions include computer programmer, assistant and senior computer operator, among others. Posts of deputy secretary, assistant secretary and estate officer will also be filled.
In Lahore, recruitment will be conducted for 33 posts in grades 16 and 17.
The appointments will be made through the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), according to the details released by the authorities.
The recruitment drive is expected to help address staffing shortages in the educational boards and strengthen their administrative and technical capacity.
