CJP rules out tussle between judiciary and administration

The dream of bringing judiciary at odds with administration will never come true and all the institutions will work in their limits, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has said. He was addressing a ceremony in connection with Iftikhar Day. Supreme Court Judges, High Courts Chief Justices and lawyer representatives participated in the ceremony. CJP said that the access to justice was being provided speedily under the Judicial Policy. He said that corruption from courts was being uprooted and the central government rendered its full cooperation to the judiciary. Earlier, CJP inaugurated an exhibition of paintings comprising on the lawyers photographs which were taken during the lawyers movement in last two years.
