ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Army’s Rocket Force Command has successfully conducted a training launch of the locally developed Fatah-4 cruise missile, military’s media wing said on Thursday.
In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations said the ground-launched Fatah-4 cruise missile is equipped with modern avionics and advanced navigation systems, enabling it to strike targets with high precision.

The military said the missile possesses the capability to accurately engage targets from long distances, while the purpose of the training exercise was to enhance operational preparedness and validate the technical standards of various sub-systems related to accuracy and survivability.
Senior officers from the Pakistan Army Rocket Force Command, along with scientists and engineers from the development team, were present during the launch exercise.
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir, Chief of the Naval Staff Naveed Ashraf and Chief of the Air Staff Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu praised the successful launch and appreciated the technical expertise, dedication and commitment of all personnel involved in the project.
