ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Pakistan and Kazakhstan have decided to further enhance political and parliamentary cooperation, trade and economic collaboration, and regional connectivity.

This was decided in a meeting between Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, Yerzhan Kistafin and Senate Chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani in Islamabad on Monday.

Welcoming the ambassador, the Senate chairman commended his active contribution to strengthening Pakistan-Kazakhstan relations.

He reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to its longstanding and cordial ties with Kazakhstan, grounded in mutual respect, shared values, and a common vision for regional peace and prosperity.

Ambassador Kistafin appreciated Pakistan's constructive role in advancing regional peace and connectivity and expressed Kazakhstan's keenness to expand cooperation with Pakistan across multiple sectors.
