KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government has announced plans to accelerate work on the Red Line project, which has been causing inconvenience to the public.
Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stated that the government is taking steps to complete the project as quickly as possible.
Speaking on a private TV program, Memon revealed that progress on the Red Line project had not been satisfactory, prompting the government to terminate the existing contract. He assured that work would resume within the next 48 hours.
Memon also highlighted that progress on Shahrah-e-Bhutto has been satisfactory, with plans to fully open the road to the public by next month.
Officials emphasized that these measures aim to expedite the completion of this important corridor, ensuring better mobility for citizens.
