LAHORE (Dunya News) – All the educational institutions across Punjab Punjab reopened today (Wednesday) after the conclusion of holidays observed from March 10 to 31, in line with government directives on austerity and fuel conservation measures.
According to sources, the educational institutions will observe physical classes five days a week. Schools across Punjab will now open at 8:45 a.m. and close at 1:30 p.m.
Earlier on Monday, Punjab Minister for School Education Rana Sikandar Hayat in a statement said that that all schools, colleges and universities will resume regular academic activities from Wednesday.
He also said that the “hybrid system” would not work, adding that the classes would be in-person.
