Rawalpindi ATC granted Aleema Khan exemption from attending hearings in the November 26 protest case. The court postponed the hearing until March 4 following her lawyer's request
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has granted Aleema Khan an exemption from attending court hearings in November 26 protest case.
ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah issued the order while hearing the case. Aleema Khan's lawyer, Faisal Malik Advocate, appeared in court on her behalf.
During the proceedings, a request for exemption from personal attendance was submitted on behalf of Aleema Khan, which the court duly accepted.
Following this, the court adjourned the hearing of the case against Aleema Khan until March 4.
