Policeman among two killed as water tanker hits motorcycle in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two people, including a policeman, were killed in collision between a water tanker and motorcycle in Karachi on Thursday, Dunya News reported.

According to details, the accident occurred near ICI Bridge in Karachi where a rashly driven water tanker hit a motorcycle, killing two persons on the spot. The deceased were identified as Amir and a policeman Gulfam.

Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. Police have arrested the water tanker driver and also started an investigation.

It is pertinent to mention here that the number of people who lost their lives in various traffic accidents this month has reached 73.
