Funeral prayer held for trader killed in Gul Plaza fire

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The funeral prayer of a trader, Sarfaraz Qadri, was held at Mohammadi Ground in Usmanabad area of Garden, Karachi on Thursday, Dunya News reported.

A large number of people, along with relatives of the deceased and political and social leaders, attended the funeral prayers.

On the other hand, three members of the same family from Gujranwala had a decoration shop and were present at their shop when the fire broke out at the Gul Plaza. One of them died in the blaze and two other are still missing.

The deceased, Rizwan, was identified with the help of DNA testing. Rizwan was laid to rest in his native village in Gujranwala.
