LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed the rapid completion of new hospitals, including the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital and the Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Institute in Sargodha. She has set deadlines to ensure these facilities become operational soon.

In Lahore, CM Maryam Nawaz has instructed that the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Institute and Jinnah Cardiology Institute be opened within this month. The basement and ground floor of the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research have already been completed. Waiting areas, a mosque, and doctors’ residences are also ready for patients.

The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Pakistan’s first specialized cancer center under this name, will begin operations this month. Recruitment of doctors and professional staff has already started.

Additionally, CM Maryam Nawaz has ordered the swift completion of the Lady Willingdon Hospital. The Nawaz Sharif Institute will provide treatment for cancer patients from across Pakistan.
