Non-professionals working as Pak envoys in key states

According to sources, Pakistan’s ambassadors to 16 countries, including Washington, Paris, London, Brunei Darussalam, Loraine, Nigeria and Sudan do not have any diplomatic or Foreign Service experience.Sources said that army officers selected for the senior diplomatic positions had never passed exams necessary for the foreign office jobs and the government did not set other parameters before their appointments.The sources revealed that non-career ambassadors are serving in 16 key countries at the moment.
