SC orders to arrest Khurram Rasool, his brother

The Supreme Court has ordered to arrest former media secretary of the prime ministerKhurram Rasool along with his brother and ordered FIA to present them before the court on January 27, Dunya News reported.Earlier, the SC ordered DG FIA to submit statements of petitioners and Secretary Establishment till 1pm.Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed annoyance over the absence of DG FIA. He remarked that crime was being committed against the state which cannot be ignored.The Supreme Court directed FIA to contact Nargis Sethi and inquire from her from where she received information about Khurram Rasool fraud case?The CJ further ruled that DG FIA was violating the court. He said court very well knows that the government appoints SHO but it is mandatory that he should conduct investigation honestly.The Supreme Court ordered FIA to arrest Khurram Rasool and his brother within two days. The court adjourned the hearing till January 27.
