SC introduces new policy to ensure faster justice

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — The Supreme Court (SC) has taken a major step to make the delivery of justice more effective and timely.

According to an official statement issued by the apex court, a new policy has been formulated regarding delisted cases.

Under the policy, cases that are delisted will be scheduled for hearing the same day before available benches. These benches will hear delisted cases after 11:30 a.m.

If a delisted case cannot be placed before any available bench on the same day, it will be scheduled for the following week.
