Summary NA special committee regarding energy crisis expressed dissatisfaction with ministrys performance.
Committee chairman said that the country has to face loadshedding from 15 to 20 hours; what would be next in the summer season.NTDC officials while briefing the NA committee regarding power crisis said that they have to face loss worth Rs 3 billion annually.Committee member Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that neither the Ministry for Water and Power has justified about the root cause of loadshedding nor has it recommended any formula to tackle it.He further said that it seemed to him that the department has no solution to overcome the problem till 2015.Bushra Gohar said that one month has lapsed and the committee has not been informed about list of defaulters and legal action against them.
