KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government has decided to extend the ban on gatherings under Section 144 across the province for one more month due to security concerns.
The Sindh Home Department has issued a notification in this regard stating that the restrictions will remain in place until December 12.
The extension prohibits gatherings of more than five individuals at any one location throughout Sindh.
The decision to enforce Section 144 was made following a request from the Inspector General (IG) of Sindh, citing concerns over the law and order situation in the province.
This move aims to ensure public safety and prevent any potential disruptions.
