ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, on Sunday said that the federal government is committed to ensuring development, stability, and welfare in Gilgit-Baltistan.
He said that the people of Gilgit-Baltistan are satisfied with the performance of the federal administration and added that public confidence in the federal system reflects the success of the government’s administrative and development initiatives.
Referring to regional issues, he said that the core dispute with India remains the unresolved issue of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
