LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been shifted to the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute (PKLI) in Lahore due to health complications.

According to medical sources, he has been diagnosed with gallstones, and doctors are preparing for a possible gallbladder surgery in the coming days.

Hospital officials confirmed that Qureshi has been under treatment at PKLI since Tuesday. He is being monitored by a team of specialists, and his condition has been described as stable and satisfactory.

Several political figures, including Fawad Chaudhry, Mahmood Maulvi, and Imran Ismail, visited Qureshi at the hospital. During their meeting, discussions reportedly covered both political developments and current national issues.

Medical teams continue to assess Qureshi’s recovery and are expected to decide on the timing of his surgery soon.
