Justice Muhammad Azam Khan of the Islamabad High Court will hear the petition of PTI founder today
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s petition to restrain National Accountability Bureau (NAB), police, and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from taking actions fixed for hearing.
Justice Muhammad Azam Khan of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear the petition of the PTI founder today (Thursday).
The PTI founder Imran Khan had filed the petition on May 6, 2023. After the initial hearing, the next hearing will take place today.
The first hearing was held on October 17, 2023, and the case was placed on the "No-Scope List" on December 20.
