Summary
Another writ against PoL price hike have been submitted in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. This petition has been filed under the article 184(3) of constitution by Shahid Orakzai. It has been requested that the court should give a order that the Presidential ordinance on PoL price hike should not be presented in the National Assembly.
