Saudi Crown Prince invites PM Shehbaz to Riyadh Investment Forum

Pakistan to participate in 9th Future Investment Initiative in October 2026.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki at the Prime Minister's House, where he was formally invited to attend the 9th Future Investment Initiative (FII) Forum scheduled to be held in Riyadh from October 27 to 30, 2026.
The invitation was personally signed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Prime Minister Shehbaz warmly accepted the invitation and expressed deep gratitude to the Crown Prince for extending it.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister conveyed his best wishes for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The discussion also touched upon recent regional developments. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, along with Prime Minister’s advisers Tariq Fatemi and Dr Tauqir Shah, were also present at the meeting.
This engagement is seen as a reaffirmation of the strong diplomatic and economic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, with future collaboration likely in areas of investment and regional stability.
