LONDON (Dunya News) - Pakistan flag was hoisted on historic church Westminster Abbey in London to mark the Pakistan Day.
Pakistan is a Commonwealth member country and for this status, it gets the honour that it national flag was flown at the historic monument.
A special prayer ceremony was held in the historical church to celebrate Pakistan Day. The prayer ceremony was attended by the High Commissioner of Pakistan, Dr Muhammad Faisal, as the chief guest.
Officials of Pakistan High Commission London, their families and other people participated in Pakistan Day ceremony.
In the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the development and prosperity of Pakistan and its people.
